Vice-Admiral Abbas Raza has taken over the charge of Commander Karachi of the Pakistan Navy (PN) with immediate effect. In the capacity of Commander Karachi, he would be In-charge of all the PN units and establishments ashore at Karachi, said a PN statement issued on Tuesday.
